Beard and Mustache Transplantation

To whom can beard transplantation can be applied?

It is suitable for people who have hair loss in the beard area due to wounds, burns, surgery, or those who have never had a beard. Like hair transplant surgery, beard is done using techniques such as FUE or DHI. For these plantings, the roots to be planted are first taken from the back of the scalp and placed again on the face areas that the patient needs. It is very important to draw the line to be transplanted, to regulate its direction and density, as in hair transplantation.

Men who struggle to have beards are candidates for this surgery. This means that the beards are completely or partially absent. There must be enough hair in the donor area (ie behind the scalp) for this surgery to be successful.

Beard: 400-4,000 grafts depending on lost areas and desired result
